First, when asked about when Juste Jocyte might be ready to join the team for preseason, she said: “I don't know if she's gonna win, she's gonna lose (in Europe). Like, I can't predict. If I was God, like that would be nice if we could predict things, that would be my superpower.”

Nakase was later asked about if this year feels different even with a lot of continuity with the group, and she gave an interesting analogy. "Have you been in a relationship more than a year before? If you have, you can understand that you can go at your partner a lot more after one year. You know their strengths, their weaknesses.”
